Veristar Energy was built to bridge the gap between complex energy challenges and immediate, reliable results. We are a North American onsite energy platform formed by the strategic union of two industry leaders:
Vergent Power Solutions and Lone Star Power Solutions.
By combining Vergent’s engineering and integration sophistication with Lone Star’s operational strength, we’ve moved beyond legacy constraints.
Today, Veristar Energy operates as a unified North American energy platform providing onsite power generation solutions and services. We design, deploy, and operate flexible, distributed energy systems to help customers access reliable power faster, more efficiently, and with greater control.

Low & No Carbon Fuels
Veristar Energy has preferential access to Renewable Natural Gas produced from a multitude of biogenic sources including landfill gas, wastewater treatment gas, food and green waste and agricultural waste.

Project Design
Our electrical and mechanical engineering team provides application engineering support to design each project for maximum operational benefit.

Installation
We work with reliable and experienced installation partners to build the project on schedule.

Startup & Commissioning
Veristar Energy's engineers will perform startup and commissioning of the energy plant.

Long-Term Service
We offer LTSA’s for up to twenty years to keep the plant running for the life of the project.

Turnkey & Financing
Veristar can deliver the entire project and finance the asset using an Energy Service Agreement, Rental or Lease Agreement, or Power Purchase Agreement.
